A Practice Built on Community and Culture
Since opening, our practice has continued to grow alongside the Ipswich community. In 2020, we moved into our purpose-built facility to better support our patients and expanding team.
Giving back is a core part of who we are. Over the years, our team has organised and supported fundraisers and community initiatives for organisations such as

- Local sporting clubs and schools
Our dentists and assistants regularly visit schools, daycares, and community events to promote oral health, and have volunteered their time to provide free dental care to over 50 underprivileged patients through the Esesson Foundation.
Investing in Our People
Our success has been driven by our people. We have implemented a structured onboarding and training program that has been shared across the dental industry and has significantly improved staff retention and development.
We are also proud supporters of school-based traineeships, working with Apprenticeships Queensland to create real career pathways for local students. Several of our trainees have been recognised as award finalists.
Our team is diverse in age, culture, and background, and we are proud of our family-like workplace, where dentists and staff work side by side and support one another.
